Gerriann LaGuardiah is unique among pitching instructors. As a certified pitching instructor in Clark NJ, she has on-the-diamond experience playing competitive softball at a high level, giving her the ability to understand what her clients are trying to accomplish. Her academic background in Sociology and Psychology gives her a deeper understanding of how to work closely with young women and how to help them effectuate change.
Softball Pitching Instructors
Softball pitchers that hire a coach benefit from having an expert watch every bit of their pitching. The idea is not just to get better through practice, but to identify specific areas for improvement, develop a plan, and then be coached to execute on the plan.
As such, softball pitching instructors observe both actual pitching and practice drills. By watching drills, pitching instructors can pinpoint where specific skills breakdown and help the player to improve. Moving the player onto the mound to actually pitch lets the instructor see how the process works out and to make further tips for improvement. Pitchers who hire an instructor can expect to throw more strikes in less time than if they simply practice on their own.
Pitching Instructor Lesson Times:
Friday 4pm to 7pm
Saturdays 4pm to 6pm
Sundays 11am to 4pm.
