-Begin with smaller machines when you start weight lifting, like using smaller muscle tires before getting to the larger ones. Try using lifting barbells or dumbbells before getting on a large machine.

-Biking is a great to keep fit. If work is not to difficult to get to, try biking to work instead of taking a car or public transportation.

-Keep weight lifting to about an hour. Muscle wasting also becomes a problem if you exercise for more than an hour.

-Try to avoid using words like “ workout” or “exercise” for your fitness routine. Sometimes using those words can cause some to feel less motivate to actually go and exercise.
